No integration · No CRM sync

Map accounts without connecting either CRM.

Skip the OAuth flow, security review, and ongoing sync. Each side exports a focused Excel or CSV list, uploads it privately, and OnlyCommon reveals only the accounts you share.

Two ways to map accounts

CRM-connected mapping vs upload-based mapping.

Both approaches have their place. This is what the workflow actually looks like on each path.

CRM-connected platform

  1. 1Scope the integration and get security sign-off
  2. 2Configure OAuth, roles, and field mappings on both sides
  3. 3Wait for both CRMs to sync
  4. 4Reconcile mismatches and monitor sync errors over time

OnlyCommon upload path

  1. 1Export a focused account list to CSV or Excel
  2. 2Invite your partner with a secure link
  3. 3Both sides upload; OnlyCommon matches privately
  4. 4Review and act on the shared-account report without waiting for an integration project.

What we store

What's kept, what's shared, what's deleted.

Kept in your workspace

The cleaned shared-account result — companies on both lists, match type, and confidence.

Never shared

Rows that only appear on one side. Non-matching accounts are never shown to the other company.

Deleted after processing

Your raw uploaded file. Once the match is computed, the original spreadsheet is removed.

When to skip integration

When no-integration mapping is the right choice.

One-off partner mapping

You're mapping a single partner or short-list, not standing up a permanent program.

Early-stage partnership

You want to prove overlap before investing in integrations or a larger platform.

Tight security review

You want to test an upload-based workflow before committing to a larger integration or review process.

Different CRM stacks

You use Salesforce, they use HubSpot (or something else). Uploads sidestep the integration matrix.

Offline partners

Not every partner is on the same ecosystem platform. OnlyCommon works with any partner willing to send a list.

Pilots before scale

Prove the co-sell motion works with one or two partners before you commit to a broader tooling investment.

Prepare a focused export

CSV / Excel preparation checklist.

A cleaner input file makes for a stronger match. Aim for columns like these before you upload.

  • Company name (required)
  • Company domain (strongly recommended)
  • Country or region
  • Account owner name + email (for Team Match auto-intros)
  • Internal tag (customer, prospect, opportunity)
  • Remove empty rows and obvious duplicates

What counts as a "line"?

A line is one account row processed by OnlyCommon. If each company uploads about 100 accounts, the total is 200 lines — which fits comfortably in the free plan. That's enough to run a focused test with a partner before you decide to scale up.

  • 100 rows from your side + 100 from your partner = 200 lines
  • Unlimited users on every plan
  • Lines refresh every month on the free plan
  • No per-seat pricing when you upgrade

Privacy first

Built so neither side has to over-share.

OnlyCommon reveals only the accounts that appear on both lists. Everything else stays private to the side that uploaded it.

Only shared accounts are revealed

Non-matching rows are never shown to the other company. Your full list stays yours.

Raw uploads are deleted after processing

We keep the cleaned match result, not your original spreadsheet.

Invite by secure link

Your partner can upload and join in one step — no account required to get started.

Map a partner free, then pay only for what you match.

200 free lines every month. Unlimited users. No per-seat fees. Upgrade when you're ready to map more accounts or run more partners.
